About
We are 4 siblings (of 8!) from the Killmond family. We have all worked in the entertainment industry in various ways for years and with Knack Entertainment have joined forces to create scripted and unscripted tv, films, mobile games, animation and podcasts. We do a lot because we have a Knack for it and our Mother didn’t give us enough individual attention…I mean there were 8 of us!
Katherine Killmond
Katherine studied film and television production at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. She is a writer and an award-winning television editor working in local news and reality tv including American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance and the entertainment news show Extra. Katherine is the co-author of Time of the Twins and has written multiple projects, usually teaming up with one of her siblings. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children and drinks a lot of coffee!

I'm not going to get into my resume because it doesn't make any sense.
I’m the middle child of 8 so I’ve always been pushing all the angles.
Also a Libra so most days amped up but needing a nap.
I’m a night owl and I’m not ashamed of it, I just wish I utilized my insomnia better.
My career track has been a list of randomness that I was fully committed to, sometimes to my detriment.
I live in LaLa Land with my hubby and kid.
I work with my siblings creating a lot of projects, so it’s never boring because we can’t fire each other. @lizkroman

(As the 3rd person, I’m comfortable writing in the first person)
I’ve been working in post production for 20 over years, from local and national news to cable networks, including hundreds of episodes of unscripted tv. It’s been real. With Knack Entertainment the last 4 years, I’ve been developing projects with my siblings for scripted and unscripted tv, film, mobile games, animation and podcasting. I also used my computer art degree at some point. I live at home with my mom and brother with no children, not that you were wondering.

And our Dad and inspiration
Francis X. Killmond
Frank Killmond was an actor and our inspiration to get into the “family business” of entertainment. He appeared in Psycho, Elmer Gantry, commercials, episodes of Lassie, The Munsters, Wonder Woman and played the long running character “Jennings” on General Hospital just to name a few. When he wasn’t acting, he was a teacher, an insurance salesman, ran his own religious book store, and was an ametuer photographer too. He was also an amazing dad of 8 who was always shocked at how much noise we created!
